The Excel export has received a major upgrade. You can now export all bottle formats and include QR code images directly in your export.
Previously, the export only included data from the default bottle format. Now you can enable "Export all formats" in the export dialog to get one row per format. Each row includes the format-specific GTIN, lot number, quantity, and internal reference — alongside the shared product data like name, vintage, and nutritional values.
This is especially useful if you manage multiple bottle sizes (e.g. 0.75L, 1.5L, magnums) and need a complete overview of all GTINs and packaging data.
QR Codes in Export
You can now include QR code images alongside your Excel file. Enable "Include QR codes" in the export dialog and you'll receive a ZIP file containing:
- The Excel spreadsheet as usual
- A
qr-codes folder with subfolders for each product
- Each QR code in three formats: PNG, JPG, and SVG
This makes it easy to hand off QR code files to your designer or printer without having to download them individually.
New Export Fields
The export now includes Lot (batch number) as an additional field you can select in the export dialog.
